I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ABB (London, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
There are 6 stages to the interview process. The first one is an informal chat with one of the recruiters, which gives you a brief idea of what the role and the company are like and asks some basic questions about your experience. The second one is also a pretty informal chat about your motivations, nothing too intense. The third stage was the hardest in my opinion, since it evolved a case study i.e., a simulation of a client email and call where you try and convince them to use Axiom's services. The fourth and fifth stages are again pretty informal chats that evolve competency-based questions and motivation related questions. The final round is a chat with your supervisor, which focuses on asking questions about the job, the company and how you aim to approach your growth within the first few months at the company. Overall, excellent experience and much less stressful and daunting than it may sound, with constant support from your recruiter.

Question 1
Why Axiom? Why Business Development? How does the company work? Why I don't want to become a lawyer (because I am a law graduate)?
