Phone interview followed by final interview at headquarters in Bradford-on-Avon. Phone interview was simply to find out about you, explain job and get an understanding of your interests and why you applied for the job. Final interview was in two parts. Hour-long chat with the management of the department, followed by an hour for an exam-style set of questions on broad range of questions related to job.
