What a streamlined process. My experience with interviewing with Agri has been fantastic. I was invited for a first stage interview with the hiring manager (financial controller) and a senior HR representative.
I immediately felt at ease, discussing elements of the role, my experience and what I could expect in the role. I then completed 2/3 competency questions which I felt really suited to the experience required for the role.
After a couple of days I received a call congratulating me and inviting me for a second stage interview where I would interview with the CFO, CTO and the person in the role at the moment. This was all sorted very quickly and again as soon as I stepped into the interview the CFO made me feel very welcome. We spoke about his experience, my experience and why I wanted to join Agri. I then met with the CTO and the person in the role at the moment, this was slightly more rigorous, with the CTO keen to understand my experience and how I would business partner his department.
I finished my interviews at mid day and by 2pm that day I had received a call to congratulate me and to offer me the role and that the package offer was being drawn up now (very much appreciated as it was a Thursday afternoon as if I was to wait over the weekend that would’ve been on edge over the weekend!). I received my formal offer on the Monday and I am due to start in October ‘19.
