Interview
Interview consisted of a phone call with recruiter. She asked a few questions, went over the job expectations and the pay. Then interviewed with the manager. I actually interviewed for two different positions with different managers and they asked completely different questions. Use the star method!

Interview
First i talked to the hiring manager for a brief moment then they took me upstairs to see what the call center looked like and I sat with one of the representatives and listened in on some of her calls then I went and had an interview with one of the managers of the department.

Some situational questions about how we handle things before, questions about being to work during harsh weather, if we ever had to sale items before and how many.

Interview
Very friendly and structured. The questions were situational, for example, asking me to explain a time when ..... In addition, the store manager and supervisor both sat in during the interview to observe the answers. The process was short and sweet and both of them were very fun and outgoing.
