Applied for an assistant position and got a response within two days. Was brought in for an interview with the agent I would be working for. After a good interview I emailed thanking them and was asked to come back later in the day to do a follow up interview with the CEO and the person who's job I'd be taking over. Got a call from HR hiring me the next week!

What are your career goals and why do you want to work here.
Very laid back, it felt more like it was a conversation rather than an interview. Then I got a call from HR asking me more questions, very basic, about myself and how I felt the interview went.
