I met with the CEO for less than 10min before she hired me. It was odd because I did not feel that she actually got to know me to determine if I was a good fit for the job. The process seemed rushed and like they just wanted warm bodies to fill the role.

Interview
The interview process was very simple in a group setting. They went around the table, asking each candidate to answer a behavioral question. They are mostly looking to see how well you work with kids.
