My application process began with a personality test, which provided an in-depth analysis of my working style. Following this, I was invited to a virtual interview with the senior management team, where we discussed my previous experiences and the skills and insights I could bring to the role, as well as the current marketing plans and strategy.
Afterward, I was invited to spend an afternoon at the office. This included a meeting with senior management, a tour of the office, and a meeting with their Digital Marketing Manager. The team was very welcoming, and I gained valuable insights into the various roles within the department that I would be working within.
As part of the afternoon, I collaborated with the Digital Marketing Manager on practical tasks, such as uploading content to the website. This hands-on experience was extremely helpful and gave me a clear understanding of the role and the team dynamics.
