Group interview, the solve a case problem about how to do a customer segmatation, they will provide a case to all the group. Every group need to think about how to do it and present it to all the manager there.

1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Group Interview with a Case Study, testing knowledge of the Retailing Industry and understanding of the company.
3. Final Interview with a 15-20 minute Presentation and Q&A session, with approximately a week to prepare.
