I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at A Place for Mom (Austin, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
4 rounds total. Phone screen, in-person interview with Dev Manager, One hour live coding challenge, Three Hour Multiple part interview with backend team, culture fit, management.
Was asked a time complexity problem that should have been limited to a back-end role. Dev team was not entirely friendly. Culture interview was fun. Seems like a nice group of people, but the process was very disorganized. I knew I didn't have the position after the coding challenge that I wasn't expecting since I had already done a technical interview. The backend lead then interrupted the cultural interview halfway though and gave a story about how the third interview team had a prior commitment. Felt like my time wasn't respected due to this. Overall a very long process.
