The interview process was, despite some expediency, very thorough and methodical. All the interviewers did a very good job of cultivating valuable discussion with their questions. Even though there was a live tech screen, much of the interview process was more behavioral than technical. Given the software platform you're walking into, I would have expected a bit more from a technical point of view.
