Leaving candidates without updates after multiple interview stages is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for their time.

Went through 5-6 rounds of interviews over three months, only to learn they never hired anyone. Throughout the process, they gave me false hope and strung me along, only to reopen the job post and actively interview other candidates.
