Interview
1-1 with the manager. Super sweet, asked about interests and why you want to intern there. Asked about your experience and availability. Was a 15/30 minute interview. Make sure you are available for a meeting every day.
They asked questions that showed personality more than anything which is why their method is so successful. From the start of the interview I felt very comfortable. The interview was conducted over Zoom but still felt conversational.
