I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 72andSunny (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Met with 4 managers over 2 hours. A little bit repetitive as they all asked the same questions. Most questions centered around my experience in advertising as well as my favorite campaigns. Also was asked about what I thoug of thier current work
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 72andSunny (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Super casual. It felt comfortable and natural, more like they were trying to get to know me as a person versus shooting off random pre-planned interview questions. It seemed like they were trying to see if I'd be an overall good fit with the team rather than hear extensively about my past experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked why I wanted to work at an agency, what I did at my last job, etc. Basic questions, nothing surprising or particularly difficult.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 72andSunny (Playa Vista, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
Lots of rounds, culture checking, be yourself. Do not try to the advice they give you when you google "What to say in an interview." Be yourself. If you are not interested they will know. They don't want you to succeed but you do. The key is to make it.
