I found the company through my universities career site (which since has been taken off due to the interview). I submitted my resume on a Monday and by Tuesday morning I was being asked to come in for an interview. I went in for my first interview and was there for 10 minutes, maybe. The interviewer explained to me what they did a little then asked about my resume and how I work 2 jobs and go to school full-time. Then said they would email me by the end of the day if I was selected for a second round interview. Sure enough, I got the email later that day that said, the second interview was an all day shadowing a member of the sales team. I was told to dress accordingly for the weather but professional.
I arrived at the office the morning of the second interview. I was asked to sign a form that said I would not be compensated for my time or any of the sales I might help get today. (not okay) I was then introduced to a member of the sales team and was paired up with another sales member and hi interviewer.
We walked out the office and started being asked questions by the interview/sales team member. Then we took off in a car to where we would be giving away free government phones to people who qualify.
I stood outside the West Chester County Welfare Assistance building from 10am to 5pm. It rained and we still stood outside no cover nothing. Did not stop to eat or anything.
Got back to the office after 5pm and was asked to fill out a questionnaire about how our sales member did and how we thought it went. Then we had our exit interviews.
I had my interview and the woman asked how it went and then said she would go talk to the sales member. They both came into the room said that out of all the people they had today they saw a lot of potential in me. Said they would call me by 7:15pm that night to let me know if I got the position.
I never heard from this company again. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND INTERVIEWING HERE. IT IS A SCAM. THEY "INTERVIEW" YOUNG ADULTS TO GET FREE LABOR.
