Interview
The entire process took about a month and a half. Each interview was separated by about two weeks. The initial screening interview was done over the phone and so was the second with the zone HR Lead. The last two were with the Market Manager and Zone Leader in face to face settings.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
