I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 7-Eleven in Oct 2010
Interview
I got there on time. I had to wait an hour for the general manager to show up. He asked about my previous work experience. He asked if I had reliable transportation to work. What hours could I work. He had me fill out another application and that was it.
Called in after submitting application. Met with manager and assistant manager. Reviewed job functions and availability of work. Discussed training and decided on when I could start and the training process. Was hired and started next week.

Question 1
When can you work and are you available overnight?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Sydney) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was asked about my availabilities and how long it would take me to travel to work. We also talked about my time at university, but I think that was just to gauge my personality. You also need good English but he didn't ask me anything else.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Stratford, CT) in Jun 2015
Interview
Applied in store form, got called week later for interview. It was very informal, just asked simple question. Arrest record, how organized you are, self initiator, following directions. Very brief explanation of day to day duties. I didn't end up working there too long as I got a better opportunity else where, but it was easy while I was there.
