I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at 6Waves (Hong Kong) in Jan 2021
Interview
I applied my application online and got replied from the HR after few days with a phone interview. After that I was asked to attend a face to face interview at the company's office with 2 sections (first half with HR and second half with a senior director)
During the interview with the director, the questions have to be answered in limited time and some of them are role-playing question.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 6Waves (Wan Chai) in Jun 2020
Interview
It was a 2-part interview, the interview started with the HR first and then the Team manager.
In the first part interview I didn't meet the requirements for the role sadly, but they offered me an interview for a different position more suitable for me.
My 2nd part interview was changed to community management role, there was a written test based on different scenarios, one was how to handle announcing bad news and dealing with a loyal customer who is breaking rules/being negative.
I was very impressed with the hiring team, they were very polite and friendly and informed me at the earliest that I wasn't a suitable candidate.
The interview process was a positive experience, they seem like a great company to work for and I wish them all the best!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 6Waves (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview was a 4 step process:
1. Applied online through Jobvite - straight forward and clean process.
2. Phone interview - I was not a local candidate.
3. HR requested additional artwork for review - I did not have an exact match for the UI work they were looking for.
4. Next HR requested I take a Skills Test to demonstrate I could perform the work. Test seamed pretty straight forward - the test took about 6 hours to complete.
Then all communications stopped, I followed up for about a month by email and phone, but received no answer on how I did on the test.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were all straight forward, because I come from a related entertainment field (and have no direct game experience) they were trying to understand if I could perform the work as they would expected to be. It was all very professional.
