Interview
Interviews were scheduled via zoom. It does seem the hiring manager has too much going on as they initially responded to me as if I was a vendor. I did receive the rejection email fairly quickly. However, months later the hiring manager reaches out again via another job board asking for a screening interview. It was a mistake! Then I am told to have a wonderful holiday…how does one have a wonderful holiday when unemployed? Wouldn’t recommend based on the fact they don’t seem to have recruitment together and they can’t manage their emails effectively. The goal should always be that all potential hires are left with a good impression of the company. Sadly, that is not the case here. They should make some changes.
