Basic screening by Managers followed by technical interview on C programming, basic OS concepts, Networking concepts. Knowledge on wireless protocols is an added advantage. Two rounds of technical interview is conducted on need basis.

I applied by emailing my resume to the concerned HR Person. Process includes Resume Screening followed by online written test which includes 3 section - IQ,Aptitude,Subject test.
After that i was shortlisted for online technical interview . 2 rounds of technical interviews .

Interview
The whole process is split into three parts.
A written round, which is MCQ based test consisting of aptitude and C questions.
Followed by two technical interviews and finally HR Round.
