I did the assessment today. Its was an AI based interview which was pretty easy with question about customer service. Next is the typing speed test and reasoning skill assessment.
I applied online. I interviewed at 5CA (Constantine, Constantine) in Jun 2026
Interview
After I applied they invited me to an AI assessment which was easier than I expected, I think that it focused more on English skills than customer support skills , later on they have tested my internet and typing speed , 1-2 days later they invited me to an initial interview with a recruiter, the guy was nice we had a call for around 45 minutes.
The questions were normal and expected, they cared about gaming experience aswell for that specific role, at the end he said that they would reach me within 48 hours which is what they did, the recruiter emailed me saying that they were impressed and that they added me to the talent pool, I do not know if this is just a polite rejection or maybe they actually did , even though i expected an offer because everything went smooth but many companies have different orientations when it comes to candidate selection, the process was good overall :)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about different situations such as disagreeing with a colleague or a manager
I applied online. I interviewed at 5CA (Athens, Athens, Attica) in May 2026
Interview
My interview experience was disappointing. The selection process appeared to rely heavily on AI-based assessments, with limited opportunities for direct interaction with recruiters or hiring managers.
One aspect I found particularly unusual was being asked to answer questions through an AI-driven system while also being instructed not to use AI tools or a calculator. Some of the questions involved calculations that, in a modern work environment, would typically be performed using a calculator or other digital tools. Because of this, I felt the assessment focused more on performing calculations manually than on evaluating practical job-related skills.
As a candidate with over 30 years of professional experience, I would have appreciated a more personal and transparent evaluation process. While other candidates may have a different perspective, I felt the process did not allow me to fully demonstrate my skills and experience.

Question 1
One of the interview questions was how I would handle an angry customer.
Given my long professional experience in similar roles over several decades, I found this question quite basic for the level I was applying for. It gave me the impression that the assessment did not fully take into account the depth of experience already reflected in my CV. As a result, I felt the interview process was more standardized than tailored to senior-level candidates.
