The process was really fast as I was referred by someone. First they called to my cell phone, made me some personal questions. Then an English interview (for non english speakers). Then a Java technical interview And finally I got a written interview of my current job, life and salary expectations once this interview was answered I got a chance to speak with the vice president to discuss my actual salary.
