The interview process consists of three rounds: an initial Human Resources round, a second round with either the Senior Project Manager or the Director of consulting, and a final round with Senior leadership, which is primarily for formality.

Screening round with HR followed by one with Director followed by one with a peer and another director.
Directors somehow feel that they can belittle you during the interview in the guise of asking you tough questions and being a non-traditional company.
