Interview
Face to face meeting with manager. Very much felt that they did not believe I could do a technical job as a woman. Limited stages and almost no chance to meet other employees. Diversity seemed to be a hostile concept to them. The culture here seemed non-existent and backwards. Based on my experience, and the other reviews on Glassdoor, I wouldn't waste your time... unless you're a white man who wants to look at people the same as them and earn half the industry average.

Question 1
If a difficult customer called in, how would you handle the situation?
We were only recently made aware of this review and given the negative comments that have been made, we conducted a thorough internal investigation.
Unfortunately, having reviewed our HR records, we only had a limited number of interviews during this period and we cannot find any candidate who matches the description above. We can only presume this is a case of mistaken identity as we have a very diverse workforce and actively work with local schools and colleges to promote women in STEM.
