I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 4CTechnologies (London, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
Initial telephone calls with recruiter. With an in-person meeting at the office and few remote calls with the rest of the team. Had a final interview with the HR team as we spoke about the offer and accepting the offer.

Question 1
Questions were related to the role. What type of processes would you use to track the progress of your projects etc. What is your typical day should you accept the role.
You ask every candidate the same questions and score their answers with a consistent scale
You’ll give them time to ask questions after the structured section of the interview ends
There will be no extra pressure for them to elaborate or answer quickly
You’ll be taking notes consistently throughout their interview
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 4CTechnologies (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process started with a phone screen with one of the project managers to see if the position was a good fit. I then came in for a face-to-face with the same person and met with different members of the team. It was more of a discussion than an interview which was refreshing. Finally, I met with the president of the company before an offer was made. The interview process was lengthy but once I accepted the offer it made the transition to the company much easier as I had already met with just about everyone on the development team. They gave a very clear picture of what it was like to work at 4C and after I accepted the offer I immediately started working on the projects discussed during the interview.
