      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 4C (London, England) in Aug 2017

      Interview

I was referred for this role by someone who works there. I arranged for a call via email with the hirer. She didn't call and arranged for the call to happen the next day. This repeated 2 more times until I was called the next week which was unarranged. I was given a task to complete which included learning salesforce through trailhead. It took me 4 days to complete spending an average of at least 12 hours per day before I submitted it. I was then asked when I would be available for an interview and I got a response 3 days later (Monday of the following week) after replying TWICE. The interview was arranged for Wednesday but ended up taking place on Friday. After the interview I was told that I would have an interview with the head of development the coming Tuesday. I sent an email for confirmation on Monday as I wasn't sent one. I got a response that the head of development wasn't available anymore that day and I would get another day arranged later on in the day (Monday). I didn't receive such an email so I followed up 2 days later (Wednesday) to arrange for that interview. I was emailed that there was an update asking me for a suitable time for a call. I was called later on that day explaining that there were no spots for me as the previous developers hadn't started working on projects yet and that this shouldn't be the case in 2 - 3 weeks time whereby I would be called. The employee who referred me was initially rejected and called a month later once they had another vacancy for the role that he applied for so I didn't see this as a rejection. I didn't get any follow up after that so I sent an email 6 weeks later. It has been a week and I still haven't received a response.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 4C (London, England) in Aug 2018

      Interview

I applied through the 4C website, a friend of mine referred me to the posting. I arranged a call with the hirer which I had missed and had to reschedule. She was more than happy to reschedule and we had a quick conversation over my background, degree and a few competency based questions. All of this went very smoothly and I had passed this stage, from this I was told I would have to complete a technical assignment and send back to them. The technical test was not too difficult nor easy, just the right amount to test a graduate for the role. This took roughly a week or so to complete. After completing the assignment I had sent it to the CTO to review and they were happy with my assignment and arranged a face to face interview. The face to face interview was with the CTO, a dev lead and the head of HR. Going over my assignment, speaking further about my background, why I wanted to apply to 4C and what pushed me for this specific role. They were all really welcoming from entering the lobby to the interview room and was reassured throughout the whole process, even though I was a mess. From this, a few hours later the hirer called me and offered me the job and gave me feedback on my interview.
