Great, speedy, knowledgeable and interpersonal meeting.
Nip it in the bud to get the idea of the sort of person you are and what you are capable of.
If you carry yourself well, it will take you far
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at 4C Associates (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Call with HR -> Online test; excel, reasoning; situational judgment (very straightforward) -> 90 minute interview with 2 staff including a 10 minute presentation with another 10 minute for questions. Standard competency questions around STAR. Some 'logic' question which is random, but straightforward. -> second and final stage is with the early talent / careers lead. Scheduled for 30 mins but mine was done in about half of that. 'fit' type interview.
To be honest, the staff were great in dealing with the process, and the HR person was cordial throughout.
Wasn't offered a position because it wasn't the right time etc. Process was a bit dragged out. Took about 6 weeks in total, and over 2 weeks between final interview to outcome.
