I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 4Aegis (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
I needed to fill out a form that described my skills. I then did an interview 1:1 with the CEO of the company. This is where they decide if you make it to the second round, where they call you that evening. The 2 second interview was on site, to see if you process the skills needed to perform the job, or your interest levels.

Interview
I applied online, was contacted shortly after to setup an interview the following week. It was a brief interview at their office and simple questions asked. I got an offer on the spot but came home and did more research before deciding to decline.

Question 1
Why do you feel that you are ready for a career in sales?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 4Aegis (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
I got a call one day from the HR of 4Aegis.and I told her I was looking for a job in consultancy. She says the company is looking for candidates to provide consulting service to clients and offered an interview opportunity immediately the other day. The whole process is 3 days in a roll with each day a step forward. They hope that interviewees can start working ASAP so they can move fast. Everybody in the office is nice and welcoming. However, it turns out that the job is completely commission based door-to-door sales, little to do with "consulting". It's a sales job but the interview is not trying to see if I have sales potential (maybe because they coach an employee once hired). And the HRs (aka receptionists) were doing searches on job boards for resumes and making calls all the time. It seems that they are grabbing anyone available and willing to work, the 3-step interview is just to show you that they are being serious.
