I applied online. I interviewed at 42T (Cambridge, England)
Interview
The interview process was quite informal. It was a 30-minute phone call (audio only, not a video call), mainly focused on getting to know the company and giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. I was asked why I was interested in the role, along with a few role-related questions. However, the interviewer seemed somewhat distant, and some of the questions asked were not directly related to the role. Overall, it felt more like a mutual introduction rather than a formal assessment

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 42T (St Ives, England) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was professional, and the communication before, during and after was great -expectations throughout the process were managed well. The interviewers were very friendly and really knew their topics well. The questions were relevant, and the conversations were stimulating. For my second interview, I was asked to research and present a particular topic related to the job role, the judging panel were engaged and asked questions which we could explore in more detail. Overall an enjoyable experience.
