Went down to Four State Trucks for an in-person interview. The interviewer was upfront about the job duties, employee benefits, and allowed me to tour the work area on my own and get a good feel of the parts and machinery I would be working with on a daily basis.
Ultimately I did not get the job and the interviewer texted me to let me know. Not only that, but they were very sympathetic and appreciative of me coming down. Unusually classy and respectful as far as interviewers and job rejections go.....
On a separate note, I also applied for the position of office assistant at Thunder Grafix, which is their sister auto detailing company located next door to and in the back of Four State Trucks. My application there was rejected and I had a rejection email waiting for me when I got home from the Four State Trucks interview. Not sure if there was a connection with my interview or not.
