Interview
This was frankly an incredible interview process, much better than other companies' processes in this difficult job market. The whole process took a total of 2 weeks, with a responsive HR recruiter (the screen took place the same day I was reached out to).
There were a total of 3 rounds: the HR screen, the Hiring Manager interview, and a panel interview which included other team members in the same role, a developer, and the founding members. Absolutely smooth, amazing process. The process told me a lot about the positive culture this team has, and I am super excited to join the team!

Interview
It was a laborious interview process, mainly because it was 3 interviews with three to four people in each one, besides myself, asking a varierty of different questions as well. The first interview was with the recruiter, pretty standard behaviorial questions. 30 mins. The second one was with three senior and executive level employees. They were all pretty cold and not very personable. They asked a variety of questions about my work history, notiable projects, data analysis skills, and my experience with the tools they use, etc. Semi-technical. They only gave me the last 3 minutes to ask questions. The interview was 30 mins to 1 hour, if I remember correctly. The final interview was a techical interview where a member of the team would load up different excel sheets, as well as, graphs from Qliksense, in which I would have to explain how I would fix a problem or add to a pre-existing visual. However, by the end of it, once again, I only had 5 mins to field any questions I had. This interview was 1 hour long. I barely learned anything about the company throughout the interviews because each interview only gave the interviewee the last 5 mins to ask questions. I ended up getting an offer for around 80k. I only had a little under a year working experience at the time. Looking back the interview process was honestly pretty easy if you knew how to operate excel well, had a basic understanding of data analysis, and Qliksense (similar to Tableau or Power BI) knowledge. I just wish they allowed me more time to field questions about the company because like I mentioned, after 3 interview I hardly knew anything besides what I was able to find online.

Interview
It was nice and professional. They are remote currently and were very detailed about the work that they do. Felt like a very close company that cared about their employees.
