3T RPD interview questions

Interview started with an introduction, site tour and then a more in depth discussion with the R&D Manager and a member of Senior Management. I was offered the opportunity to return for a day of work experience so I could better understand the role. I choose another offer so ended the process with 3TRPD on good terms.
