Interview process was more so an assessment that took place through a series of modules, each increasing in detail and difficulty. There was plenty of resources to ensure complete comprehensibility of the company's style guide.

The application process consisted of an initial video transcription. After I filled out that initial application, I was moved to the second stage of the application process, which consists of 5 tests and several very time consuming videos. They tell you to read the lengthy style guide and that they're not expecting perfection during this initial training process. I was terminated by a bot after transcribing my first video during my initial training period. The "mistakes" I was terminated for were minor formatting nitpicks, not spelling/grammatical/accuracy errors. They don't even give you an opportunity to appeal your termination.
