1 phone interview. 3 in person interviews. Steve is a very nice guy. The other owner was fairly friendly. The third owner could not be any more rude if he tried. He had his cell phone out and was texting during one of the interviews. Just go on linkedin and friend people that used to work there. Ask them about their experiences there.
