3Headed Monster interview questions

Strategy Director was not engaged in the conversation. From the very beginning, he was very disorganized and distracted. His body language was distant and uninterested, constantly looking around at noisy environment he was in. Was not paying attention to my responses. Did not challenge me with specific tasks/scenarios and what the internship would look like. Makes me believe that he did not review my application materials. When I asked him questions about 3HM's work culture, he did not know the answer and even admitted that he did not understand my question. Did not seem interested at all. Very disheartening and left a very bad impression.
