Applied online and the completed an assessment. Initial phone call and screening interview was very pleasant. They seemed like a great company. Once I got to the next round of interviews it became clear it was not a fit for me.

Interview
I was reached out to via an agency recruiter who was super kind and helpful, however I was then passed to a second round interview. I’ve never felt so disrespected in an interview before. He obviously had zero faith in my abilities or experience as he basically quizzed me the entire time. An interview does NOT consist of asking me individually if I know what FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc is. It’s also not asking an applicant to come up with an open enrollment plan on the spot. I’ve done recruiting before and I’d hate for any applicant to be disrespected the way I was, including being cut off twice. I’ve since withdrawn my application.
