Interview
A phone interview with lead developers, then a face to face with the QA team. The phone interview was quick as they wanted to hear about my background and my long term thoughts. The panel interview was easy, but I did end up asking my own questions to myself as the interviewers we're lacking questions and experience in interviewing.
