      Copywriter Interview

      10 Feb 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I interviewed at 310 Nutrition (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

I was pursued by the company's recruiter quite aggressively. I was definitely interested in the position and had a phone interview, submitted a written sample/test, went in for a three hour in-person interview where I met with several members of the team, and then went back again to meet with the owner of the company, who ended our interview saying he would have an offer put together. I had one more email exchange with the recruiter and then radio silence. I was basically ghosted by the company. It's absolutely fine if they did not want to hire me, but seeing how far along I was in the interview process, at least have the professional decency and courtesy to at least send me an email to let me know.
