Interview
I had a disappointing experience with 2solar's hiring process. After my final interview, they completely ghosted me for over a month, ignoring my emails and phone calls. Only after reaching out on LinkedIn did they finally respond—just to reject my request for travel reimbursement, claiming I should have asked before the interview. This was never communicated upfront.
The lack of professionalism and respect for candidates' time and effort speaks volumes about their company culture. I would not recommend interviewing here unless you’re prepared for poor communication and unexpected costs

They were professional and kind. I felt like they were really getting to know me instead of just asking a bunch of questions - they interviewer described it as more of a conversation which was nice.
