Only got to the first stage of the interview, which was a technical test. Had to sign an NDA in a language I don't even speak, and then was given as much time as I needed to complete the task.
I completed the task to the desired specifications, and got rejected. When I asked why they gave me 4 negligible reasons. One was that I used one data structure instead of another (something which could have been changed/'fixed' in less than a minute). The other 3 reasons were similarly small in scope, and all of which fit under the 'knowing ____ skill is a plus' section of the job requirements.
Be careful on the technical interview here. And know before applying that if the job listing says a certain skill isn't required, that is not the case.
