2GIS Senior Scala Developer interview questions

It was a screening interview. The requiter asked me about my experience, skills etc. I asked about the company, processes, job conditions etc. I didn't have experience with Kafka that is required on that position. And the requiter said that she needs to talk to the team if they can tolerate lack of this experience. They asked me to do a small testing task. After I implemented the task they just said No without any further feedback on the implementation (despite my pings)
