Generally there are 3 rounds of interview where first 2 rounds will be technical assessment and last round you will have a discussion regarding your qa exp and banking knowledge. However the interviewer seems like didnt make a good preparation on the interview as they have no idea on candidate information even it was the final round. They will expect your for having years of industry experience on the role even though it was an entry level job. Generally it was an unsatisfactory interview experience.

There is total 3 round. 1st is technical assessment on Selenium and REST API project (bonus to include Cucumber) so need to develop framework from scratch and created test cases as per question. Time given is 2 days. 2nd stage is interview with Team Lead if I am not mistaken, HR informed no technical test in the interview, but interviewer has a list of technical question on selenium, API and Java. One java coding (setter getter method). But he is very kind and helpful. 3rd stage is interview with product director and QA manager. Most question from product director about past experience and he did ask about Java as well. QA manager didn't ask question except for why I want to change job and she did imply I did not fit the role talking about she is not sure whether I can catch up the process since their process is very complex. From then I knew failed this job interview. Rejection email received the next day after the interview. HR person is nice. I think the whole assessment & interview took around 2 weeks.
