24x7 Group interview questions

Not a good experience- came across as a very old fashioned management style, not for the modern employee but do appreciate that would be the right step for some people so it is just my experience.

Interview was carried out over the phone by somebody who from that point onward had not contact with of no reference to. Very straightforward questioning for what is effectively a very responsible job. Said that I’d be able to be flexible with hours but this transpired to be unlikely on commencement.
