Unorganized. The hiring manager called for a "screening call" and did a half interview. Would stop the answers half way through and say "I am just screening right now, I will do a full interview later" - however his questions required a detailed answer.
Following up with emails to the hiring manager was pointless, the answers back on next steps were always met with " we will let you know once we figure it out" which took 4 weeks.
They need someone other than their head of account management running this process, it is extremely messy.
