Got an interview from them a while back. Overall, the interview felt like I was consulting 23andme on what next steps they should take. I fielded 6-7 strategy questions regarding what I think 23andme should do next and only got 1-2 questions regarding myself and whether my experience fit what they were looking for. I was also told to "please refrain from asking questions until the end, in case we run out of time". Maybe they already had someone in mind for the job. But otherwise, I don't think I would want to work for a company that treats people with such disregard.
