I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 2020 Companies (Fresno, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
phone interview with the hiring department wanting to get to know your background with a few questions on your knowledge on cell phones and tablets. If they like you, you will get a 2nd call from the district manager of the territory that is more in depth of your knowledge and skills with wireless technology. They want to hear about your selling and training skills with phones and tablets and here examples of both. If it goes well there is a possibility of a job offering at the end of the call.

Interview
Applied online after being told about the job posting, received a phone call the next day for pre interview screening. The interview was scheduled for the next day. Very relaxed over the phone interview with generic sales and management questions. Two days later I received an offer letter pending drug screen and background check. When all was completed I was flown out for New Hire Training and passed my test. Came home to start training in the field with another FSM close to my territory.
