The interview process was very casual and they asked the right questions. They tell you clearly what is expected out of you and the pay structure. So pretty open phase and no surprises.

Interview
Special attention was placed on my ability to win trust immediately as this was a sales position. The HR Manager spent most of his time explaining the culture, salary / commission process, and expectations.
The HR Manager was completely off-base with his assumptions of his company.
