1st Franklin Financial interview questions

It is 2 part interview first with the branch manager then with your potential regional director. My first interviw was in person and then over the phone with the regional director. They can be in person as well depending on how far their office is.

Initial interview with branch manager and then a follow up interview with Regional Director along with a background check, credit check, drug screening and on boarding test that included math and personality evaluation questions.
