2 stage interview - 1st stage with Gary Noble the CEO is informal but professional -2nd stage you are interviewed by the other Directors and get to meet some team members this stage is tough - and there's a couple of exercises including a PPA test The process is really thorough but engaging by everyone - they are a really great bunch of people I found the process tough but really enjoyable
