I understand that everyone is very busy right now with the state of the world, but that isn't an excuse for a poor interview process. There was really no "personal" side to the interview, immediately I was drilled into with questions about projects and working specifics - never told anything about the company, the job, what they were looking for, or even asked anything about me at all. I think interviews should be a two way street - I was there to learn about if I would be a positive addition to the team just as much as they were trying to figure out the same. They just go about it in a negative way. I learned that this interviewer was not friendly, likely doesn't care much about the well-being of the employees, and is very transactional. Essentially didn't care to give me the time of day. Not the type of company I would be interested in working for. Glad I could figure this all out within our 15 minute conversation. Unfortunately I could never recommend interviewing here (let alone imagine what it might be like to work at this company).
