Two rounds of interviews - First was with the Director of the team followed up a second round with a recruiter and another TA Manager. All interviews were quite casual which I appreciated and they all spoke highly of 1Password as an employer.
First interview was great and felt seamless but the second interview round was strange. Felt that the questions asked were very vague and entry level for the role, nothing specific, no behaviourals or situational questions. The recruiter I met with mentioned how they didn't actually like recruiting but loved the company...okay so why are you interviewing me to join the recruitment team?! Every interviewer over the two rounds asked me the same questions "how many roles do I recruit for and what are the roles" which seems like an inefficient use of time to get that question 3 times by 3 people, are they not cross referencing these notes from the first round to the second round?! It made the interviewers seem very inexperienced and unsure what skillset or candidate qualities they were looking for.
Despite this, I would apply and interview again to work for a company like 1Password.
